Our standard lead time for chairs is typically 5 to 7 business days. It’s crucial to take into account that every chair undergoes a thorough refurbishing process and quality checks before it is shipped. In specific situations, expedited shipping, potentially as early as the next day, becomes feasible when there is an ample inventory of chairs that have successfully completed the refurbishment process.

Our refurbishing process is thorough and focused on addressing cosmetic issues to ensure a like-new appearance. Using a specially formulated paint that matches Herman Miller colors, we tackle scuffs, scratches, and major blemishes. It’s important to note that we don’t include chairs in our inventory with mechanical damages. Unlike some sellers, we don’t piece together chairs with different parts. Each chair undergoes a stringent inspection to meet our quality standards before being accepted into our inventory. This ensures that you receive a refurbished chair that not only looks great but also meets high mechanical and functional standards.

Adjustable Arms: Offering versatility, the arms can be adjusted in height, moved up or down, and swiveled in and out to accommodate various preferences.

Tilt Locks: Providing added control, the chair is equipped with tilt locks that allow users to secure the back in a fixed position, preventing unwanted reclining for a customizable seating experience.

Adjustable Lumbar Pad: For personalized comfort, the Fully Loaded Aeron includes an adjustable lumbar pad that can be physically moved up and down, catering to individual ergonomic needs.

In contrast, the Basic chair offers simplicity with its sole adjustment feature allowing users to adjust the seat height. The Fully Loaded version ensures a more tailored and adaptable seating experience with its additional ergonomic enhancements.

Alternatively, the posture fit support, available at an additional cost of $100, offers a more fixed support system with a side dial to increase pressure on your back. Interestingly, the majority of individuals tend to favor the lumbar pad. Moreover, there’s flexibility to upgrade to the posture fit at any time and easily attach it later on if desired.

The age range of our Herman Miller chairs spans from 3 to 9 years. It’s important to note that the selection of chairs is not done through hand-picking, ensuring a professional and unbiased approach to the availability of our inventory.
