Choose Your Setup
Stock changes as we get more parts in, so the options above show what is available right now and the current price.
- Size. A, B, or C. Pick based on your body type (size guide below).
- Mesh. Some chairs come with Classic or Tuxedo mesh. The variant label will say which.
- Arms. Adjustable arms for full support, or armless for a cleaner look and smaller footprint.
About armless chairs: “Armless” simply means no armrests, so there is nothing to adjust on the arms. Everything else works exactly like any other Aeron: tilt, recline, tension, and height all function the same. If you want adjustable armrests, pick a variant that has arms.
Size Guide
Pick by height and weight. If you are between sizes, Herman Miller recommends sizing up to B, the most versatile and most popular size.
| Size | Best for | Height range | Weight capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
| A (Small) | Smaller or shorter builds | 4’8″ to 5’4″ (142 to 163 cm) | Up to 300 lb (136 kg) |
| B (Medium) | Fits most people | 5’2″ to 6’0″ (157 to 183 cm) | Up to 350 lb (159 kg) |
| C (Large) | Taller or larger builds | 5’10” to 6’7″ (178 to 201 cm) | Up to 350 lb (159 kg) |
Ranges based on Herman Miller’s official Aeron size and fit reference.

About the Mesh
Different variants ship with different mesh. Here is what each one means:
- Remastered mesh (standard). If the variant does not mention a specific mesh type, it comes with standard Remastered mesh.
- Classic mesh. The original Aeron Pellicle mesh. Firmer, more structured feel with a two-tone weave. Many long-time Aeron users specifically seek this out.
- Tuxedo mesh. A Classic Aeron colorway in two-tone black and dark grey for a sharp, clean look. Still genuine Classic Pellicle mesh, just in the Tuxedo combination.
Why Some Chairs Mix Remastered and Classic Parts
A few of our Aerons pair Remastered and Classic parts. For example, a Remastered frame with a Classic mesh seat, or the other way around. This comes down to parts availability: we refurbish with the genuine Herman Miller stock we have on hand.
We do not mix parts to cut corners. Every part is genuine Herman Miller, in good working condition, and tested before the chair ships. The result is a fully functional Aeron that pulls from both generations.
Condition
Every chair is fully refurbished and looks like new. We disassemble it, clean it thoroughly, replace any worn parts, and test every function before it leaves us.
