Warranty

Every Nulife Chair purchased after 2022 comes with two layers of protection – a 30-day full warranty and a lifetime warranty for mechanical issues.

30-Day Full Warranty

For the first 30 days after delivery, your chair is covered for any issue, including mechanical parts, mesh, frame, or cosmetic concerns.
If something isn’t right, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your chair to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

Lifetime Warranty (Mechanical Issues)

After the first 30 days, your chair remains protected under our Lifetime Warranty, which covers all mechanical components, including:

  • Tilt and recline mechanisms
  • Gas lift cylinder
  • Arm adjustments

If a covered part fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge, with free shipping for replacement parts anywhere in the U.S.

For customers within our serviceable area near Los Angeles – including Palmdale, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, Santa Monica, Culver City, and West LA – we may also offer on-site repair assistance.

Outside these areas, you can complete most repairs with simple self-installation, and we’ll guide you through every step with clear instructions and support.

Warranty Conditions

  • Applies to normal use (up to 40 hours per week, 250 lb weight limit).
  • Valid for the original purchaser only (non-transferable).
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading).
  • Improper assembly, misuse, or modifications.
  • Negligence or customer-supplied parts.
  • Mesh or frame issues beyond the limited coverage period.
  • Cosmetic or aesthetic damage after delivery.

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by shipping carriers, movers, or repair technicians not arranged by Nulife Chairs. If you booked your own carrier or mover, please contact them directly for delivery-related claims.

How to File a Claim

To file a claim, email support@nulifechairs.com with your:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos or short video showing the issue
  3. Brief description of the problem

We’ll review your claim quickly and send the appropriate replacement or repair solution at no cost.

Important Notes

  • The lifetime warranty applies only to mechanical issues.
  • If a part is discontinued, we’ll provide an equivalent new or reconditioned part.
