What We Look for in a Chair

Our valuation is based on a few key factors:

Condition – Chairs must be structurally sound with no broken frames. Minor wear is okay, but major damage lowers value.

Model – We primarily accept classic Herman Miller Aeron chairs.

Size – We typically offer more for Size B and Size C chairs, as they’re the most requested by buyers.

Mesh Type – Chairs with intact pellicle mesh in good condition receive higher offers. If your chair meets these criteria, we can make an offer quickly.

We understand that used chairs may show signs of regular use. As long as the frame is intact and there’s no major damage, we still accept chairs with minor scuffs, fading, or cosmetic imperfections. You can still get a fair offer!

What disqualifies a chair

To ensure safety and refurbishing standards, we do not accept chairs with the following issues:

Broken or cracked frames Severely torn or sagging mesh

Heavy rust, mold, or water damage

Non-Herman Miller or imitation models

Do you accept damaged or broken chairs?

We do accept damaged chairs for parts, but the offer will be lower. Feel free to send photos to support@nulifechairs.com so we can evaluate and give you a quote.

Do you offer local pickup or shipping labels?

Yes, we offer local pickup in select areas and can also provide a prepaid shipping label if needed. If you choose to ship your chair to us, a $40 shipping fee will be deducted from the final offer.
