Nulife Chairs Warranty and Return Policy

At Nulife Chairs, we’re proud of the quality that goes into every refurbished chair we sell. Each one is taken apart, cleaned, repaired, and tested so it feels great and lasts for years.

Every chair purchased after 2022 comes with two levels of protection: a 30-day full warranty and a lifetime warranty for all major moving parts. We want you to sit comfortably knowing you’re covered.

 

30-Day Full Warranty

Your chair is fully covered for 30 days after it arrives.

If you notice anything wrong – a loose part, a cosmetic issue, or a material defect – we’ll fix it. Depending on the situation, we can repair your chair, send you a replacement, or offer you a full refund.

During this time, Nulife Chairs pays for all shipping costs related to approved repairs or returns. Our team will make sure everything gets handled quickly and easily.

 

Lifetime Warranty (Mechanical Issues)

After the first 30 days, your chair stays protected for life against normal wear on key mechanical parts.

Covered Parts

  • Tilt and recline system
  • Gas lift cylinder
  • Arm adjustments and pivots

If one of these parts stops working, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. We’ll also cover the shipping anywhere in the U.S.

On-Site Repairs (Los Angeles Area)

If you’re in Los Angeles County, we can come to you.
We currently serve Los Angeles, Culver City, Santa Monica, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and Palmdale.

If you live outside those areas, most repairs are simple enough to do yourself. We’ll guide you step by step to make it easy.

 

Warranty Conditions

To keep your warranty active:

  • Use your chair under normal working conditions (up to 40 hours a week, 250 lbs max).
  • The warranty applies only to the original buyer.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.

 

What’s Not Covered

  • Regular wear and tear like small scratches or fading
  • Mesh stretching or sagging after the first 30 days
  • Damage from misuse, improper setup, or major alterations
  • Damage from movers or shipping companies not booked by Nulife Chairs
  • Cosmetic issues that don’t affect how the chair works

If your own shipping or moving company caused the damage, please contact them directly.

 

Replacement Parts Warranty

All replacement parts purchased directly from Nulife Chairs come with a 30-day warranty for defects or performance issues.

If something you buy from us breaks or doesn’t work as expected within 30 days, we’ll replace or repair it for free.

 

Parts from other suppliers or customer-supplied materials aren’t covered.

 

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you ever need help, just send an email to support@nulifechairs.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A short note describing what’s wrong

We’ll review your claim within one or two business days and follow up with the next steps.
If your claim is approved, we’ll ship the parts free or schedule a repair visit if you’re in our service area.

 

Important Notes

  • The lifetime warranty covers mechanical issues only.
  • If a part is no longer made, we’ll send a new or refurbished part that matches.
  • Replacement parts from Nulife Chairs include a 30-day warranty.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your chair. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@nulifechairs.com with your order number and reason for return (photos if applicable). Please note that the 30-day return period is firm and does not extend for customer-related delays, such as ordering the wrong size, delayed unboxing, or late pickup scheduling. Returns for reasons not caused by Nulife Chairs may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The chair must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be packed securely to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Items that show wear, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email support@nulifechairs.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Include your order number, a brief reason for the return (and photos if there’s damage), and your preferred resolution (replacement, repair, or refund).
  2. Return Authorization
    If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS return label. Follow the packing instructions below to make sure your chair is safely prepared for shipment.
    We can also schedule a UPS pickup if needed. Just let us know once your box is packed and ready to go.

If your return is not approved as a Nulife Chairs fault (for example, if the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other non-defective reasons), we can still issue a prepaid UPS label for your convenience.

In this case, the shipping cost for the prepaid label will be charged or deducted from your refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee.

 

How to Pack Your Chair

Here’s the best way to pack your chair:

  1. Remove the backrest by unscrewing the four bolts that connect it to the seat.
  2. Lower the armrests and seat to the lowest position.
  3. Place the chair in a 24 x 24 x 24 double-wall box with padding or bubble wrap.
  4. Make sure all parts are secure, then seal the box with strong packing tape.

If you don’t have the original box, a sturdy double-wall box of the same size works fine.

Refunds and Restocking Fee

Once your return arrives:

  • We’ll inspect the chair to confirm it’s in good condition.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days after inspection for the refund to show up.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies only to returns that aren’t due to a Nulife Chairs mistake.
    This helps cover handling and repackaging costs.
  • If your return is because of a defect, shipping damage, or our error, there’s no restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is related to a company error or a defective product.
