LIFETIME WARRANTY
At Nulife Chairs, we are dedicated to building lasting relationships with our customers and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Therefore, we proudly offer a FREE Lifetime Warranty with each Nulife Chair purchased after 2022.
Warranty Coverage:
Our goal is for every customer to thoroughly enjoy the products they purchase from Nulife Chairs, providing years of pleasure and satisfaction when used and maintained properly. The Lifetime Warranty covers selected components of the chair for the original purchaser after the original retail purchase date, with the exception of mesh.
Material Defects:
We warrant to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, that all parts will be free from material defects. Please note that customer-supplied materials are not covered under this warranty.
Usage Limitations:
The warranty is limited to normal usage, defined as not exceeding forty hours per week and a weight capacity of 250 lb.
Repair or Replacement:
In the event of a covered defect, the warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the damaged part. However, it does not cover the cost of transportation, shipping, or labor.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not include functional issues deemed not material as described in the Terms of Use, aesthetic damage, problems caused by assembly or disassembly outside of provided instructions, or product negligence, misuse, or modification.
Replacement Parts:
We may request that you replace defective parts with new or reconditioned user-installable parts provided by Nulife Chairs. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. Parts provided by Nulife Chairs must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed.
Shipping and Labor Costs:
When sending a replacement part, Nulife Chairs is not responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the replacement part or returning the original defective part. Additionally, we are not responsible for any labor costs associated with installing the replacement part.
No Other Warranties:
There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described in this Lifetime Warranty.
Limitation of Liability:
Nulife Chairs shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.

RETURN POLICY
At Nulife Chairs, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. To facilitate a smooth return process, we have established a standard return policy. Please review the following information to understand the return eligibility, process, and any associated restocking fees.
Return Eligibility:

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition of Items:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@nulifechairs.com within the specified return period. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number on the return packaging.
Return Shipping:
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Packaging:
Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if available.
Restocking Fee:
Applicability:
If the return is not due to an error on our part, a restocking fee may apply. This fee helps cover labor, packaging, and other associated costs.
Percentage:
The restocking fee percentage will be 20% of the item’s purchase price. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned items, they will be inspected to verify eligibility for a refund.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fee. Please allow three to five business days for the refund to be processed.
