Nulife Chairs’ founder began refurbishing chairs in 2012 because he saw the economic value of a refurbished office chair. He learned the craft and discipline from one of California’s top Aeron refurbishers, and later launched Nulife, focusing on honesty, quality, and customer care.
Today, we specialize in refurbished Herman Miller chairs, especially the Aeron. We take pride in our work, as each chair is thoroughly inspected, restored, and checked, and comes with a lifetime warranty on its mechanical parts. We are based in Palmdale, CA, and provide fast service to Los Angeles and its surrounding areas. Nulife Chairs commits to sustainability by giving a second life to premium chairs and reducing its waste. Soon, we will launch the Nulife office chairs, parts and accessories!

Lifetime Mechanical Warranty + Free Shipping
Every chair we sell comes with a lifetime warranty on all mechanical parts. That includes components like the tilt mechanism, gas cylinder, and recline function. If anything goes wrong with the mechanical parts due to normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. Just reach out to us with a quick video or photo, and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s our way of standing behind the quality of our work and making sure your chair keeps you comfortable for years to come.
We offer free shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days, but if we have your chair ready, we can sometimes ship it out even sooner. For orders going to Hawaii or Alaska, there will be a shipping fee. We’ll always keep you updated on your order and send tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
We accept returns within 30 days, but a 20% restocking fee applies if the return isn’t due to a mistake on our end. If there’s an issue with your order that we’re responsible for, we’ll take care of it at no cost to you. For all other returns, the chair must be in its original condition and packaging. Just reach out to us first so we can help guide you through the process.
